Eric Cantor is Vice Chairman and Managing Director at Moelis & Company, advising clients on the intersection of public policy and industry. He brings over 30 years of political and business experience, including serving as U.S. House Majority Leader from 2010 to 2014 during his tenure as a U.S. Representative from Virginia. A key legislative achievement was the passage of the JOBS Act, facilitating capital access for start-ups and emerging growth companies.
Eric holds degrees from The George Washington University, William and Mary, and Columbia University. He resides in Richmond, Virginia, and is a co-author of the New York Times best-seller "Young Guns: A New Generation of Conservative Leaders."
